1. Store operator
The FANAUE online store is operated by Zhongshan FANAUE Technology Co., LTD ("FANAUE," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract where you live, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products, prices, and availability
Each product page identifies the item offered, its available options, current price, and stock status. Product images may show accessories or settings for illustration; the product title, selected option, description, and order summary determine what is included in your purchase.
Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. The price, currency, shipping charge, discounts, and any tax displayed in the final checkout summary are the amounts that apply when you submit payment. A later price change does not change an accepted order.
We try to keep product, price, and stock information accurate. If a material pricing, inventory, or description error affects an order, we will contact you before dispatch and offer the available correction or a full refund to the original payment method.
3. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in the checkout summary. An order is accepted when payment is successfully authorized and we send confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if payment cannot be verified, inventory is unavailable, the delivery address is not serviceable, or the order appears fraudulent or unlawful.
You must provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. Payment is processed by the payment provider offered at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card number or card security code.
4. Shipping, duties, returns, and refunds
Order processing times, warehouse-specific delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking, and United States import-duty treatment are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.
Return eligibility, return shipping responsibility, replacements, cancellation, and the 2–10-business-day refund processing period are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
5. Accounts and communications
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or a security issue.
We send transactional messages needed to operate your account and order, including payment, shipping, refund, and security notices. Promotional emails are optional and can be unsubscribed from at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the website to violate law, infringe another person's rights, submit false or harmful information, interfere with website security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a way that disrupts service, or attempt unauthorized access to an account or system.
We may suspend access that reasonably appears to violate these rules, while preserving any order, refund, or consumer rights that must be honored under applicable law.
7. Intellectual property and user content
The website's original text, graphics, logos, product media, layout, and software are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and product research, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.
If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, format, translate, and use that content in connection with the website and FANAUE products. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or unrelated to the product.
8. Third-party services and links
The website uses third-party services for functions such as payment, authentication, shipping, tracking, and analytics. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their services. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or practices.
9. Service availability and liability
We use reasonable care to keep the website available and information accurate, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, network, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase contract was formed. Our responsibility for a product order does not exceed the amount paid for the affected product and its shipping, except where a higher responsibility is required by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring a claim in a forum available to you under applicable consumer law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our services, or applicable law. The updated version and effective date will be posted on this page. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
