Shipping Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026. This policy explains how orders placed on fanaue.com are processed and delivered.

United States delivery

We currently prioritize delivery to addresses in the United States. If checkout offers delivery to another country or region, the available shipping service, charge, and estimate shown at checkout apply to that destination and may differ from the United States estimates below.

Processing time

After payment is confirmed, orders are normally prepared for shipment within 0–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Estimated transit time

The fulfillment warehouse depends on the inventory available for the items in your order:

• Orders shipped from our United States warehouse: 3–5 business days in transit after dispatch.
• Orders shipped from our China warehouse: 12–15 business days in transit after dispatch.

These are delivery estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, or customs inspections may extend delivery. If an order contains items stored in different warehouses, we may send it in separate packages at no additional shipping charge beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Shipping charges and import fees

Any shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you submit payment. For an order shipped from China to a United States delivery address, FANAUE pays the applicable import duties and customs clearance fees. You should not be asked to pay an additional import duty to receive that order. Any sales tax collected at checkout is included in the order total shown before payment.

If a carrier asks you to pay an unexpected import or customs charge, do not pay it before contacting us with your order number and the carrier's notice.

Tracking and split shipments

When a package is dispatched, we send tracking information to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to begin showing carrier scans. A split order will have separate tracking information for each package.

Address changes, delays, and delivery problems

Review your delivery address before placing the order. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs to be corrected. We can only change an address before the order is handed to the carrier. If tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, or a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Inspect the package when it arrives. For an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, follow our Return and Refund Policy and contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
