What is the quality of FANAUE products?
Most FANAUE products use carbon fiber, such as HTC and ST series tripods, or aircraft-grade aluminum alloy. Carbon fiber is lightweight, highly rigid, and stable under load. Our tube diameter, wall thickness, and carbon fiber layer count are also built to a higher standard than many regular carbon fiber tripods. Aircraft-grade aluminum alloy is heat treated for higher strength and hardness. The exterior is finished with HAIII hard anodizing to improve scratch resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Where do you ship from?
We have warehouses in the United States and China. Products delivered to the United States usually ship from our U.S. warehouse. Products delivered to other regions usually ship from China.
How long does delivery usually take?
Orders shipped from our China factory usually take about 12-15 business days in transit. Orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse usually take about 3-5 business days in transit. A delay of a few days can happen during shipping. If your order does not arrive within the expected time, please contact our customer service team or email service@fanaue.com.
