This thing feels like real hardware, not a toy phone holder. The aluminum phone clamp and the 3.7-inch double socket swivel arm both feel solid. It’s a bit heavier than plastic mounts, but I’ll take strong over flimsy any day.
Clamp is strong. Arm is solid. Phone doesn’t slide around. Good mount.
At first I had to play around with the clamp position and arm angle to get everything where I wanted it. Once adjusted, the whole mount felt secure and clean. If you want a RAM-compatible motorcycle phone mount with a serious clamp, this is a good option.
I installed it on my bike handlebar and went out for a weekend ride. The super clamp feels very secure, and my phone stayed in place even on rough roads. That was really a relief.
The RAM B-size 1-inch ball compatibility is the reason I bought it. I already had a few RAM-style pieces on my bike, and this fit right into the setup without drama.
